The fees cover attendance at all sessions, the book of abstracts, coffee breaks, lunches, evening meals, excursion, banquet and onsite accomodation with breakfast (5 nights).

To be eligible for the reduced student fee you must provide proof of your student status (B.Sc., M.Sc. or Ph.D. level). Please send a copy of student card and of your university registration or inscription certificate or a letter from your supervisor to molec2018@univ-rennes1.fr .

Reduced fees are available to the members of the EPS only. Please send a proof of your membership to molec2018@univ-rennes1.fr .

Note that accompanying person fees are calculated assuming a regular participant selecting a single room rate. They include meals, excursion and banquet. Acces to the pool and sauna is also included.

A small number of grants are available for younger researchers  with economic difficulties. The grant will take the form of a reduction in the registration fees. Interested candidates should contact us at molec2018@univ-rennes1.fr before the 15^th May justifying their elligibility. Candidates must have submitted an abstract and preference will be given to those selected for an oral contribution. They should not pay the registration fees at this stage but wait for further information. The decision will be announced before the close of early registration.

Please note that the arrival and departure dates in the registration form are used for the practical organisation of the conference, and cover only the period from the 26^th to the 31^st August. Participants wishing to arrive earlier than the 26^th or to stay on after the 31^st must contact the Manoir directly or make their own arrangements with another hotel for the extra dates.

Fees per person 

Before June the 15^th 

• regular participant - single room : 850 euros
• regular participant - sharing room (double occupancy) : 700 euros
• student  (shared room) : 500 euros

• regular participant - EPS member - single room : 750 euros
• regular participant - EPS member - sharing room (double occupancy) : 600 euros
• student - EPS member - (shared room) : 450 euros

• accompanying person, based on sharing with a participant paying a single room rate : 400 euros

After June the 15^th

• regular participant - single room : 950 euros
• regular participant - sharing room (double occupancy) : 800 euros
• student (shared room) : 600 euros

• regular participant - EPS member - single room : 850 euros
• regular participant - EPS member - sharing room (double occupancy) : 700 euros
• student - EPS or SFP member - (shared room) : 550 euros

• accompanying person, based on sharing with a participant paying a single room rate : 400 euros

Please note that your registration is not valid until your payment is completed.  We cannot accept payments on-site at the conference. Payment can be made here.

Cancellation - refund policy

A refund will only be possible in cases where the cancellation is due to major issues (health, etc ....). In such cases, a justification such as doctor's certificate, proof of hospitalisation, etc...  will be required.
